- You have only given 7 days to return an item from the date you received the item(s) to the same store where you purchased it. This is only applicable for item(s) with factory defect.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You are required to submit a letter stating the reason of return. Your official receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Once we receive the return item(s), we will inspect it and issue GOODS RETURN NOTE (GRN).
- If your return item(s) is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
- Refund will be processed within 7 business days after qualified returns verification.
